Aufgaben:
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Behandlungen nach unserem strukturierten Prophylaxekonzept auf Basis der Guided Biofilm Therapy von EMS®
- Umfassende Beratung von Patient*innen zur Mundhygiene, Karies- und Parodontalprophylaxe sowie zur unterstützenden Pflege bei Aligner-Therapien
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung professioneller Zahnreinigungen und Office-Bleachings mit dem Fläsh-System sowie weiterer delegierbarer Leistungen
- Fachgerechte Nutzung hochwertiger Technik, moderner Ausstattung und ausgewählter Materialien im eigenen Behandlungsraum
- Strukturierte und digitale Dokumentation aller Behandlungen in unserer Praxissoftware
- Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer Praxisprozesse durch Einbringen eigener Erfahrungen in regelmäßigen Team-Meetings
- Eigenständiger Aufbau und Betreuung eines persönlichen Patientenstamms inklusive Recall-Organisation
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Umsetzung unserer hohen Standards im Bereich Hygiene- und Qualitätsmanagement
Qualifikation:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellten (ZFA)
- Abgeschlossene Fortbildung zur ZMP, ZMF oder ein Studium zur/zum Dentalhygieniker*in (DH)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prophylaxe (wünschenswert, aber kein Muss)
- Interesse an Fort- und Weiterbildungen sowie persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Praxissoftware Charly (Solutio)
